What's your current theme song? If you have a reason, please share.
Blessed, Breathing & Brilliant. This song is in my daily rotation as it empowers my mind, body and spirit. It gets me activated and ready for a prosperous day.

Tell me about your journey to now. What impactful moments led you to your work?
Wow this is really a story I must share with you vocally. There are so many powerful moments in my life that have led me here. From the memories and feelings of south central LA in the late 80s to losing my grandmother who raised me, to reconnecting with my power to leaving my career after a decade and forming my own community and business.

Who and/or what motivates your passion each day?
Carrying out the legacy of those that paved the path before me and creating a powerful paradigm where everyone, especially those that look like me, can prosper.

How do you define Radical Self Care?
Deep deep self exploration and discovery. Finding new ways every single day to fall deeper in love with you. Loving your flaws and actually finding ways to use them as tools for evolution and creative brilliance. Self care is deeper than sacred bathing, going vegan and keeping that Yoni hydrated . Radical self care means real ass deep ass conversations with YOU. It means showing up for yourself in ways you never have before.

What rituals do you have to help maintain homeostasis of mind, body, and spirit?
Deep breathing first and foremost always connects me back to source. The motion of inhale / exhale is a direct line to God, to my balance and focus . Meditation, stretching, music, journaling, I have so many rituals for expansion and creating new ones every day.

How do you incorporate plants into your well being routine? How is the cannabis (THC, CBD, CBN, etc) a part of your plant ritual?
Cannabis in all forms is part of my daily spiritual practices. From infusing CBD tincture in my morning tea, to rolling up a gorgeous rose infused herbal joint with the finest organic California sun grown, to sensual massages with my CBD infused nipple serum and extra love for my Yoni with a CBD spray.

Who would you like to experience an altered state (dream elevation + discussion) with and how would you achieve this flow state?
Honestly I never got the opportunity to sesh with my father before he left this earth. So I’d choose to elevate with him. I thought about Pac, Erykah, Malcolm, & even Fela Kuti! But since I yearned for a relationship with him, I’d want to spark up some AK Haze or sun grown Champagne and get to know him. His legacy is powerful and I know so much of him is the reason I am me, and it would be beautiful to kick back and learn some things.. and also share my gratitude and love. Even being in his presence would feel psychedelic.

Love the phrase "slow down to speed up", what does that mean to you personally and within the present global pause?
Wow, this means everything. We live in a fast pace high demanding society , so I believe sometimes we disconnect with our power due to goals and constant “doing-ness”... reconnecting through”being-ness” is where the magic exists, so that we can operate at our highest capacity. Slowing down is as vital for survival as drinking water.

What is the gift you bring to community?
High frequency culture, through curated events, powerful music and paradigm shifting art. I’m considered a leader to many and this is a position I never take lightly, it is always my intention to show up for my community as my most powerful version and create wealth opportunities for everyone around me.

What has been the most challenging for you during this time?
Honestly, I’ve been looking for a new home I can call my sanctuary. I’ve been renting air bnb and doing extended stays in hotels. So I’m calling in a beautiful new home.

What made you become an advocate in the space and for the plant?
Aside from witnessing and experiencing how this sacred plant medicine was weaponized to destabilize my communities, and now having a voice to actually impact change.... I’m inspired by the magic and spiritual healing that Mama Ganja provides. She is a portal for creative brilliance and cosmic inspiration. She can heal the spirit and expand consciousness across the globe. She's a connecter of community. She's an aphrodisiac and supports deeper connections not only between you and your spirit , but you and your body. It's time we get grounded in our bodies and really love these temples for the powerful, magical vessels they are. Cannabis supports that expansion.
